BOOKING POLICIES •Please bring an inspiration photo (can be multiple) to show the attributes in the set that you like. •To save time at your appointment, please complete the consent form when booking. •Please thoroughly clean your lashes before your appointment. •If you wear contact lenses, please bring your contact case with you to remove before we begin. •No makeup(around eyes) or mascara, caffeine (causes eyes to flutter) eye makeup, moisturizer, face lotion, or sunscreen. •Please feel free to bring headphones or request a silent appointment! I’m all about comfort •Please wear cool clothing as it tends to get a little warmer in my suite in the summer months •Please NO GUESTS. Although I would love to have you bring company, lashing is a service that is done with your eyes closed and there is no one to watch your guests & my space is not big enough for the copacity. Please plan accordingly to allow your appointment to be a time and space for you to relax :) 
FOREIGN FILLS:  Please note: If coming from another artists with previous work please be aware it will be a $15 upcharge & if I have to apply 50% or more lashes after removing outgrown; it will be considered a FULL SET & you will be charged for a full set & removal.  

POLICIES: CANCELLATION: We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Please note that all services are non-refundable. For cancellations made after the 24-hour window, your card on file will be charged 80% of the service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. MY CLIENT GUARANTEE: I offer a 72 hour guarantee on all lash services. If you notice an extreme amount of extensions falling off within three days of your appointment (without natural lashes attached), please inform me right away. I will prioritize scheduling a complimentary touch-up for you asap! 
GRACE PERIOD: Every client receives a 10 minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. After the 10 minute grace period a $10 late fee is accrued and due at end of appointment, anything after will result in cancellation. Being late also cuts into your allocated appointment time. (Please communicate that you are running late for your appointment!). 
ADRESS: 10 Crow Canyon Ct. #200 San Ramon, CA 94583. Located inside Crow Canyon office park all the way at the end where the directory sign says “Building 9-12”. I am the last building on the right (Building 10). I am located inside “Beauty to a T”. I am the first set of steps closest to the parking lot. Please do not hesitate to call or text me if you have trouble finding it!

 PAYMENT METHOD(S) are cash (exact change) or Zelle for final payment (at time of appointment) but card is also accepted. :) *CREDIT CARD FEE (2.7%) will be added at checkout if you chose to use a card as your form of payment.
